Schmetz Cover Stitch Needles EL705 are recommended by Janome for the Janome CoverPro range: 900CP, 900CPX, 1000CP, 1000CPX, 2000CPX, CP3000 as well as the 1200D.
For brands other than Janome, consult your overlocker’s user manual for the proper needle selection for your brand and model number.
Schmetz Cover Stitch Needles EL705 feature a reinforced blade which has two grooves needed to create specialty overlock stitches. The point is slightly rounded.
Do not use this needle in home sewing machines.
Choose 80/12 or 90/14.
